3. Services

We provide non-aversive dog training and behaviour modification services. All services are delivered under the trading name Paws & Reflect by qualified trainers.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings must be made in advance by email, phone, or our booking system.
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees are as advertised on our website or agreed individually.
• Payment is due at booking or within the invoice payment period (stated on the invoice).
• Late payments may result a cancellation of services.

• All prices include VAT at the standard rate.

6. Liability

All training is carried out using non-aversive methods and with reasonable care. However, dog training involves inherent risks, and individual results cannot be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times. Paws & Reflect (trading as Precision Training Analysis and Design Ltd) shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
