Consultation & Initial Plans
We recommend having an initial telephone consultation to discuss your bespoke needs which will allow us to formulate an initial training plan.
Initial Telephone Consultation
We'd arrange a call to get to know you and your dog's needs. We ask that you complete the questionnaire we send you prior to the call so we can discuss some of your key areas of concern.

Initial 7-Day Training Plan
A bespoke 7-day training plan for you to implement with your dog. Includes a detailed, structured (written) plan and behaviour tracker.
Follow-up Telephone Consultation
If you would like to discuss your training plan, you can reach out to us via email at any point; however, you might find it more helpful to arrange a follow-up consultation where we can discuss progress and any next steps to help you in moving forward.

Home & In Person Behaviour Assessments
Observing your dog in their natural environment and on their walk can help us to tailor your training programme.
Home Visit - Behaviour Observation
Observing your dog in their natural environment will help us to understand their behaviour and characteristics. We want to see how they behave around their family, other pets, and in their home garden (if applicable).
Includes follow-up written notes and recommendations.

Walk & Talk - Behaviour Observation
Observing your dog on a walk will be key to helping us understand them better. For the first part, we will observe your walk from a short distance before joining you so you can talk us through your walking experience. We will provide you with strategies you can try in the form of follow-up notes and recommendations.

Home Visit & Walk - Full Behaviour Observation
Just like us humans, dogs often behave one way at home and completely differently when out and about, that's why we recommend this combined behaviour observation so we can get a full-rounded picture of your dog's behaviours in various environments. Includes follow-up notes and recommendations.

Tailored Strategies and Training Plans
To follow on from your initial 7-Day plan or Behaviour Observations
30-Day Independent Plan
Based on your telephone consultations and/or any observations, we will provide you with a 30-day detailed and structured training plan for you to implement independently with your dog. This includes two telephone consultations for you to book whenever you feel it is best during your programme.
Demonstrations
To complement your independent plan, we offer one-to-one practical demonstration sessions*. You can book as many of these as you like throughout your 30-day/7-day plan to help you get to grips with some of the recommended strategies.
*Only available for clients with a 30-day/7-day plan.
Active Training Sessions
If you feel that one-to-one sessions with our trainer will be helpful for both you and your dog...
One-to-One Training Session
Focused one-to-one session using our non-aversive training and behaviour modification strategies. We will discuss your tailored session in more detail during a free telephone consultation prior to working with you and your dog in a pre-determined space that best suits their training needs.
5-Session Bundle
If you think more than one training session will be best for you and your dog, we offer discounted bundles to help make our training more accessible.
5 x 1 hour sessions provided over a specific timeline (to be agreed together, as determined by your dog's individual needs).
10-Session Bundle
For more engrained behaviours, more sessions may be needed.
10 x 1 hour sessions over a specific timeline (to be agreed together, as determined by your dog's individual needs).
